In order to make it easier for our customers and employees to work with our online services, we have linked important systems such as website, mobile apps, ticketing, access control, catering cash register, cashless payment devices and CRM to a modern data hub so that customer and online user data are automatically synchronised with our internal IT network.
As a result of linking up data in this way, if customer details (e.g. postal address) are altered in any one of our systems (e.g. ticketing), these changes automatically trickle through to other relevant companion systems (e.g. website). This avoids having to have redundant data administration processes in different systems.

We use so-called conversion tracking as part of the online advertising programme "Google AdWords" for assessment and optimisation of our online advertising. This helps us to see if and how many people are getting to our pages through Google advertising. If you click on a Google ad, Google puts a so-called conversion cookie on your computer. This has a "life span" of 30 days. If a user reaches one of our sites through one of our Google ads within these 30 days, Google will be able to tell us what the visitor used to come to our site. Personal data from which individual visitors can be identified, are not collected. In some of our web pages we have embedded YouTube videos. The operator of these plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
