What time does the BOSSARD Arena open for a home game?
Doors open 2 hours before the start of the game. For example, when a game starts at 19.45, doors open at 17.45.

Where can I buy fan articles?
Fan articles are available online at shop.evz.ch as well as in the fan shop at the main entrance of the BOSSARD Arena.

How do I get to the BOSSARD Arena?
The Stadium is a 10 minute walk from the Zug Train station. Public transportation: Take Bus number 6 to the stop “Stadion”, Bus 11 to the stop “Aabachstrasse”, city train to stop “Zug Schutzengel”.
From the motorway take the “Baar” exit (from Lucerne and Zurich). When exiting keep right and follow signs for 'Hertistrasse'. At the first round-a-bout take the first exit on the right, direction 'Zug'. At the second round-a-bout go straight. At the third round-a-bout go straight again. At the fourth round-a-bout take the first exit on the right. At the fifth round-a-bout take the first exit on the right. After 100m you will have reached the BOSSARD Arena.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at the train station in Zug and the Zug Mercantile education center and in the Siemens parking lot. Parking is also available at Grafenau Neustadt.
I want to watch a 1st team practice. Is this possible? When are the practice times?
The 1st Team practices are always accessible through the main entrance.

What documents do I need to take into BOSSARD Arena?
In addition to your valid match ticket, you need an official ID (ID, passport, driver's license).
Lost & Found
If you lose something during an event/game at the BOSSARD Arena, please contact the security service (until 30 minutes after event/game). On the following day lost properties will be handed to the Kunsteisbahn Zug (outside rink at cash point). Opening hours, Phone: 041 725 31 40
