At the end of each season, Swiss Ice Hockey honours athletes and leading figures in Swiss ice hockey at the Swiss Ice Hockey Night. Trophies are awarded to the winners in 11 categories.
One of the categories is the Most Popular Player award. This award is decided by a public vote. In the first round of voting, held the week before last, EVZ fans voted Leonardo Genoni as the EVZ’s Most Popular Player via Instagram. Now comes the second round: the national vote. Here, fans of all National League clubs vote for their Most Popular Player via the online portal Blick.ch.
