12,000 Swiss francs for a good cause: that is the fantastic result of the annual helmet auction organised by Zuger Kantonalbank and the EVZ. The helmets, which were handcrafted to depict the Zug skyline, were worn and signed by the players.
Thanks to the generous support of all bidders, this substantial sum was raised. It will benefit Horbach School and be used to fund a winter sports day for the children and young people. The Horbach School offers children and young people with special needs a place to learn, grow and participate. The school is run by the Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug (GGZ).
Max Arnold, Head of Department at Horbach School: “We are very grateful for this generous support. The donation will enable our children and young people to enjoy a special winter’s day, where they can be outdoors together, have new experiences and share moments that will stay with them for years to come.”
