With the registration of your EVZ online account you have access to all our EVZ portals through the SSO (single-sign-on procedure) with one login:


In your customer profile you enter and change your personal profile data such as personal data, address, communication data as well as season ticket information.

Register in the EVZ Tickets app with the same email address as your EVZ online account.

This way, you can securely and easily pass on your season tickets and/or individual tickets digitally, assign them to another person or resell them on the EVZ Marketplace - anytime and anywhere on a mobile device.


In the EVZ Ticketshop you manage your season tickets as a season ticket holder. Thereby you have the possibility to generate personalized PDF tickets and to pass them on to other persons. Furthermore, you have the possibility to sell your season ticket for individual games on the marketplace and thus receive a credit (see further point "marketplace").

I don't have an online account yet. What do I have to do?

I have created an online account or verified my account, but I do not see my online tickets under "My tickets". What can I do?

If you have successfully registered and still cannot see tickets in your online profile under "My Tickets", please email ticketing@evz.ch. Be sure to include the email address of the account when requesting by email.

Can I pass on my season ticket?

Yes, with an online account, the season ticket can be passed on as a PDF or shared and sold on the EVZ Marketplace.

Can I change my email address?

No. It is not possible to change the email address in the profile.

If you have a new email address, please register again.


If you are a season ticket holder, please enter your seat number/standing room number in your profile.

Where can I find my season ticket in the customer account?

Once you have registered, click on the link "To the ticket platform" in the login area under "My tickets". On the ticket platform, you can log in with the same login and view and manage your season tickets under "My Tickets". For existing subscription customers, it may take up to five (5) business days for the season ticket to be linked to the account and viewable after registration. The season tickets are only visible on the ticket platform (https://tickets.evz.ch) and not in the EVZ login area on www.evz.ch.
