On June 23, the Federal Council decided that, among other things, major events may take place during a transitional phase with Covid certificate without further restrictions. The Covid certificate documents a Covid 19 vaccination, a recovery or a negative test result. As of today, there will be no further restrictions in the stadium itself.
In summary, the following regulations currently apply to match attendance, at least at the start of the season:
|Entrance control / access authorization||Admission will only be granted to persons with a valid Covid certificate and upon presentation of an official ID. Children and adolescents under the age of 16 do not require a Covid certificate for admission, only an official ID.|
|Protection concept||No restrictions on capacity and number of people and no mask requirement for large events with Covid certificate, no seating requirement.|
|Collection of contact details||No additional data is collected. Tickets are not personalized.|
|Gastronomy||The 67 Sportsbar and Legends Club are open as of 18.00h on game day exclusively for matchgoers.|
For us, this means that the full capacity of the BOSSARD Arena with standing room and seats may be utilized, which is our goal. Of course, there is no guarantee that the current regulatory guidelines will still be in place in September. We will have to adhere to the current guidelines at the time of the start of the season.
Please arrive early at the BOSSARD Arena. Doors open at 6.30 pm. Due to the checks (COVID certificate check, ticket check and security check separately), there may be longer waiting times.
At the home games of the Champions Hockey League on September 2 and 4 and the National League qualifiers on September 7, 11, 14 and 18, a public Corona test center will be operated in front of the BOSSARD Arena.
According to the decision of the Federal Council on June 23, major events may take place in a transitional phase with COVID certificate (3G) without further restrictions. For the EVZ, this means that in the 2021/22 season, the full capacity of the BOSSARD Arena with standing room and seats can be utilized again.
To ensure that as many spectators as possible have the opportunity to attend a game, even if you are not vaccinated or recovered, the EVZ has decided to set up a Corona test center in the area of the outdoor ice field of the artificial ice rink for the first six home games of the season, before it is then put into operation. The test center will give every fan the opportunity to undergo a free rapid antigen test on site upon presentation of their health insurance card.
The test center will be open for these games at the following times:
Thu, 02.09.: EVZ vs Rögle Ängelholm - 17.00-20.00 hrs.
Sat, 04.09.: EVZ vs SonderjskE Vojens - 14.00-17.00 hrs
Tue, 07.09.: EVZ vs HC Davos - 16.30-19.30 hrs
Sat, 11.09.: EVZ vs ZSC Lions - 16.30-19.30 hrs
Tue, 14.09.: EVZ vs Lausanne HC - 16.30-19.30 hrs
Sat, 18.09.: EVZ vs HC Fribourg-Gottéron - 16.30-19.30 hrs
All spectators are asked to arrive early at the stadium, no matter if they are already in possession of a valid COVID certificate or if they want to be tested on site. Due to the checks (check COVID certificate, ticket check and security check each separately) there may be longer waiting times.
The EVZ would like to thank everyone already now for their cooperation to ensure a smooth access to the stadium for all spectators and is looking forward to welcoming its fans back to the BOSSARD Arena from September 2!
