The box office of the BOSSARD Arena will open 1.5 hours before the start of the match. The box offices will only open if not all tickets have already been sold in advance online. Info on tickets.evz.ch.
Only tickets for the game taking place on that day are available at the box office (no advance sales for future home games)
Children under the age of 6 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult. However, they are not entitled to their own seat and must be placed on the lap.
Family tickets can be purchased online via the EVZ ticketing platform. Wheelchair seats (sector A1/R1) must be booked by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). The accompanying person for wheelchair users receives free admission.
No tickets (with the exception of wheelchair seats) can be reserved via the EVZ office either by telephone or in writing.
Every match visitor who has purchased a standing-room ticket for the guest sector or has a Print@home ticket must carry an official identification document (passport, ID, foreigner's ID, driver's ID) and show it at the entrance control of the BOSSARD Arena.
With the one-way ticket, you can travel free of charge on public transport (bus/light rail) to the BOSSARD Arena for home games of the 1st team (except Champions Hockey League games) in the Zug tariff association from 3 hours before the start of the game and back again up to 2 hours after the game.
