Subscription renewal - How it works!

1st step: Log in to your EVZ customer account.

How do I renew my current season ticket?

Pay for the season ticket by 15 June 2020 at the latest with card payment online in the customer account or with a delivered payment form (dispatch from mid May).

How do I get additional seating season tickets?

Due to the existing demand from recent years and the low availability, it is expected to be very difficult to purchase additional seats. Pay for the seat you have already purchased and report your need via e-mail. If an opportunity arises, you will be contacted by us at the beginning of July.

How can I transmit my seating season ticket?

Please send us your resignation plus the personal details of the new owner by e-mail by 15 June 2020 at the latest. The new owner registers in advance at www.evz.ch/login and creates a personal customer account.

I have missed the payment deadline of 15 June 2020 - what now?

If a later payment has not been notified by 15 June 2020, the right to the previous seat will expire. This seat can be resold in the following days without prior notification. Standing tickets must be reapplied for from July onwards.

What do I need to do if I have not received an invoice?

If you have not received an invoice by the end of May 2020, please contact the EVZ by e-mail. It is possible that the invoice could not be delivered due to incorrect contact details. Attention: This does not apply to holders of loge, sponsor, Club 111 or officials' cards. These are processed according to a separate regulation.

Why are invoices sent by post again?

Despite earlier announcements, renewal invoices will again be sent by post in May 2020 in parallel to the online account. Since some customers' logins do not work properly due to technical problems, we are giving all customers the opportunity to renew their season ticket in time by using a payment form.
