The EVZ is a training organization with the goal of introducing young talents to the national and international elite. The comprehensive training concept "The Hockey Academy" with the excellent infrastructure and offers at the OYM make it possible to provide talented players with a unique education.
Ted Suihkonen has been the new Head of Development at EVZ since the 2022/23 season and not only develops the U17, U20 and National League players individually, but also supports the coaches in taking the athletes' training to the next level.
