Season Tickets

Current season ticket holders will be contacted via their registered email address in early June 2026 regarding the renewal of their 2026/27 season ticket. To renew your EVZ season ticket for the 2026/27 National League season, you will now receive a separate email containing a direct link to your reservation.

As part of the transition to our new ticketing system, we are refunding all remaining balances in customer accounts to our customers. We have contacted all customers. The new ticketing system will no longer support online balances. Amounts, such as those from resales, will be credited to the bank account (IBAN) on file in the user’s account.

Support the women's team in the coming season and also purchase the women's season ticket at the special price of CHF 70 instead of CHF 140. Included are all 14 home games of the regular season and any additional playoff games as well as all home games in the National Cup. You will receive booking information at a later date.

If you do not wish to renew your season ticket, click the “View Reservation” link in the reservation email you received in early June. You can cancel your reservation yourself by selecting “Cancel Reservation.”

Transfer:
If you pay for your season ticket yourself but wish to transfer it to another person, you can complete the transfer on your own at a later date. We will inform you of the timeframe and process in advance. The EVZ can no longer assign the ticket recipient. Once you have paid for the season ticket, you remain the purchaser of the season ticket.

Assignment:
If you choose not to renew your season ticket but would like to transfer it to another person, please notify us immediately by email at ticketing@evz.ch, providing the following information about the new holder: Last name/First name; Address; ZIP code/City; Email address.

The new holder must create their own My EVZ login at www.evz.ch/my-evz, if they do not already have one. Once the transfer is complete, you will no longer be registered as the season ticket holder.

To ensure that you, as the purchaser or owner of an EVZ season ticket, can also manage it digitally without any problems, we ask you to complete the “My EVZ” login" in advance - unless you have already done so in the past.

The EVZ Tickets app will no longer be needed starting with the 2026/27 season. Season tickets will be made available to you as wallet tickets (Google/Apple).

In the EVZ Ticketshop, you can view your season tickets and purchased tickets, and you have the option to transfer or resell your season tickets for individual games.

If you are unable to attend a home game or are looking for a single ticket, as a seat season ticket holder, you can resell your seat for individual games through your user account in the EVZ Ticketshop (section 'Tickets').

Resale in detail:

Users of the EVZ App can offer seat tickets directly via the app on the EVZ Ticketshop. Open the desired ticket in the app and tap on the "Resale" button.

Alternatively, season ticket holders can log in to My EVZ Login with their personal access data. The tickets to be sold appear via the menu item "Ticketshop - My account" and then "Tickets". The selected ticket can be released for resale via the "Release for sale" button. From this point on, the seat can be booked in the EVZ Ticketshop.

In the event of a successful resale, the buyer of a season ticket will be credited with their share of the selling price per game. After a successful resale, the season ticket or digital ticket will be deactivated for entry to the respective game at the OYM hall.

In your My EVZ login, you can enter and change your personal profile data such as personal details, address, communication data and season ticket information.
