Where can I redeem my EVZ gift voucher?
EVZ gift vouchers can now be redeemed across a wide range of EVZ offerings:
- Tickets, season tickets and premium experiences
- Orders from the EVZ Online Fan Shop and purchases at the EVZ Store in the OYM hall
- All EVZ restaurants and bars in the OYM hall (including the Fondue Chalet)
- EVZ food stands in the OYM hall
Can I still redeem my existing EVZ gift vouchers?
Yes. Previous Fan Shop vouchers issued by Conte Hockey (the latest generation with a voucher code) and ticket vouchers from the former Secutix ticketing system have been transferred to the e-guma voucher system.
Your existing vouchers retain their stated validity and can still be redeemed using their original voucher codes. No exchange is necessary.
Existing e-guma EVZ gastronomy vouchers in various formats (e.g. Tatar All You Can Eat) also remain valid according to their remaining balance and expiry date.
Can I redeem ProZug/Boncard vouchers?
Yes. ProZug/Boncard vouchers continue to be accepted as a payment method at EVZ restaurants and bars.
Please note that Boncard is an independent voucher provider and redemption remains limited to physical points of sale. These vouchers cannot be redeemed in the Online Fan Shop or for online ticket purchases.
How do I receive my gift voucher?
You can conveniently purchase your gift vouchers online in the new EVZ Voucher Shop and download and print them directly as Print@Home vouchers.
Physical gift cards in the standard design will be available at the EVZ Store from October.
How can I check or top up my voucher balance?
You can check your voucher balance or top it up at any time in the Voucher Shop.
What should I do if I have problems with my voucher?
