After 42 rounds played and six games before the end of the regular season, the EVZ U20-Elit is still undisputedly in first place in the table. Head coach Thomi Derungs’ team has won 27 games after 60 minutes and three more after overtime or in a shootout. EVZ has a 13-point lead over its direct rivals from Davos ahead of the national team break.
The EVZ U20-Elit go into the national team break as league leaders, while the U17-Elit are in 6th place.
U17 ON COURSE
The U17 Elites are also on course for the play-offs with five rounds of qualifying remaining. In the new year, they have picked up twelve points in eight games, consolidating their place in the top eight. Head coach Sven Lindemann’s team currently has an eleven-point cushion over 9th place.
