The next milestone for «Keep Building» is just around the corner. On October 23, 24, and 25, the EVZ Men’s and Women’s Teams will play their first home games of the 2026/27 season. The completely renovated south wing of the OYM hall will be open to all match attendees. The larger 67 Sportsbar, the new TUGIUM restaurant, Kolin’s Garden, THE BOX, and the new EVZ Store will all celebrate their grand openings at that time.

Ticket Management
With the transition to the new ticketing system for the 2026/27 season, the previous «EVZ Tickets App» has been discontinued. Your season tickets and single tickets are now available in the EVZ App via your personal account.
ARRIVAL
With a ticket for National League home games, you can travel free of charge on public transport (bus/rail) within the Zug Fare Association from three hours before the start of the game to the arena and back again up to two hours after the game. You can find all the information on how to get there and the parking situation here.
GASTRONOMY
Hungry? The EVZ catering offer has something to suit everyone. For example in the 67 Sportsbar or at the stalls in the stadium.
WHERE IS MY PLACE/SECTOR?
The sectors are clearly labeled in the stadium walkway. You will also find an overview of the sectors on the stadium map.
lost property office
Lost items can be collected up to 30 minutes after the game. Please contact the security staff. On the following day, items must be collected from the lost and found office at Zug Ice Rink, +41 41 725 31 40.

Buy tickets
Tickets are sold online at the EVZ Ticketshop (tickets.evz.ch). Tickets are only available at the box office if they are not all gone in advance. You will receive all further information here.
EVZ Tickets App
The EVZ Tickets app will no longer be needed starting with the 2026/27 season. Season tickets will be made available to you as wallet tickets (Google/Apple).
Box office & stadium opening / access
National League: Ticket counters open 90 minutes before face-off, and the stadium opens 75 minutes before the game.
Important information regarding stadium access:
Your single-game ticket or season ticket indicates the entrance you should preferably use. Single-game ticket holders should generally use Entrance A, while season ticket holders should use Entrances A and C. If you would like to visit the EVZ Store, the 67 Sports Bar, or Restaurant TUGIUM before the game, please use Entrance B.
Access for away fans in the standing section remains via Entrance G.
PostFinance Women's League: Ticket counters and the stadium open 60 minutes before face-off.
Guest sector
Standing room tickets (sector 127/128) can be purchased online in the EVZ ticket store (https://tickets.evz.ch/). Access to the guest sector is via the west entrance (football stadium side). Show an official ID (passport, ID, foreigner's ID, driver's license) at the entrance control. The guest sector is reserved exclusively for members of the visiting team. EVZ fans are not permitted to enter the guest sector. In case of doubt, access may be denied; refusal of access does not entitle the holder to a refund or exchange of the ticket under any circumstances.
Tickets for children
Children under the age of 6 are admitted free of charge without a ticket when accompanied by an adult. However, they are not entitled to their own seat and must be taken on the lap.
Gastronomy
67 Sportsbar is open on game days from 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 2:00 p.m. on weekends. Please note that reservations are not available in the 67 Sportsbar on home game days.
Restaurant TUGIUM is open only on game days and from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Reservations are mandatory.
The 67 Sportsbar and Restaurant TUGIUM can be accessed via Entrance B.
EVZ STORE
The new EVZ STORE in the OYM hall is also accessible from inside the stadium during all home games.
Opening hours on game days:
The EVZ STORE is open on home game days from 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 2:00 p.m. on weekends.
Opening hours on non-game days:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Barrier-free access
The OYM hall offers barrier-free access for wheelchair users. The wheelchair spaces are located in sectors 104 and 125. Wheelchair spaces can be booked by e-mail (ticketing@evz.ch). The accompanying person receives free admission.
Stadium regulations
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser accepts the GTC of EVZ Sport AG and the Stadium regulations of the OYM hall or Academy Arena.
