Important information
The Board of Directors keeps a share register for all registered shares, in which the owners and usufructuaries are entered with their name and address. In relation to EVZ Holding AG, only those persons entered in the share register are deemed to hold all rights arising from a registered share. EVZ Holding AG refrains from issuing physical share certificates and certificates and instead issues registration confirmations. However, any shareholder may request the printing and delivery of certificates for his/her registered shares at any time.

The shares will only be issued once payment has been received.
