Keep Building is approaching its next milestone: On the weekend of October 23, 24, and 25, the EVZ Men’s and Women’s Teams will make their triple home debut. The new South Wing will also be inaugurated during this event. Over the next few days, we’ll be introducing you to the most important new features. Today: The new 67 Sportsbar.
1967 is our year. In 1967, the Baar Skating Club qualified for the Second Division, moved to Zug and changed its name to Eissportverein Zug. At that time, a new ice rink was opened and more
than 5,000 fans turned up for the opening tournament to celebrate the victories against Bern and Arosa. The EVZ was born.
At the 67 Sportsbar, we pay tribute to our blue-and-white club and its heroes, as well as the breathtaking, exciting era centred around the year 1967. A place for die-hard EVZ fans and sports enthusiasts in general, for couples in love and anyone who simply wants to have fun and enjoy good, straightforward food and a drink. A place where we meet and share stories – whether it’s match day or not. There’s always something going on here.
