The 30-year-old defenseman joined EVZ at the beginning of the season after celebrating the SHL championship title with the southern Swedish club Växjö Lakers. Bengtsson immediately developed into a top performer at EVZ and a strong pillar in the defense, who is also able to make an impact offensively.
Lukas Bengtsson signs a contract with EVZ until 2027, extending his contract with the Zug team by two years in advance.
