EVZ signs Norwegian forward Millie Rose Sirum

EVZ Women’s Team has filled another import spot: Norwegian international Millie Rose Sirum (25) will join the team from Zug for the 2026/27 season.

Born in Norway, Millie Rose Sirum also holds an American passport. The forward spent five seasons in the top North American college league, the NCAA, before moving to Skellefteå AIK in Sweden last summer. In the 2025/26 season, Sirum recorded 18 points there. She is also an established player on the Norwegian national team, having made 41 appearances for Norway while scoring 20 goals and adding 15 assists.

She will now be adding those points for EVZ as well. Millie Rose Sirum has signed a contract for the coming season and is expected to help the EVZ Women’s Team achieve its sporting goals. The 25-year-old is currently preparing for the new campaign in her home country and will join her EVZ teammates in August.

Millie Rose Sirum: “I’m really excited about my new challenge in Zug! I can hardly wait to meet my teammates in person in August and get started with the 2026/27 season in a new environment.”

Daniela Diaz, Head Coach of the EVZ Women’s Team: “Millie was our top choice for one of the import positions. I am convinced that, with her leadership qualities and her style of play, she is a perfect fit for our team.”

This means the EVZ Women’s Team is close to completing its roster planning. In addition to Millie Rose Sirum, one more import position will be filled, and four players from the youth system will also be part of the first team. EVZ will announce these personnel decisions in the coming weeks.
