Stadium regulations
By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser accepts the GTC of EVZ Sport AG and the stadium regulations of the OYM hall or Academy Arena.
Lost property office
Lost items can be collected up to 30 minutes after the game. Please contact the security staff. On the following day, items must be collected from the lost and found office at Zug Ice Rink, +41 41 725 31 40.
Arrival
Public transport: Take train line 1 from Zug station to the "Zug Schutzengel" stop, journey time approx. 1 minute. With the ZVB buses, take lines 606 and 616 to the "Stadion" stop.
With the single ticket or the EVZ season ticket for home games of the Naional League, you can travel to the OYM hall free of charge within the Zug Tariff Association from 3 hours before the start of the game and back again up to 2 hours after the game.
From Zug train station: The OYM hall is a 10-minute walk away.
By car: Take the A4a highway (from Lucerne or Zurich) to the Baar exit, then keep right and follow the signs to "Herti" or "OYM hall".
Parking
Parking spaces for cars are available at Zug train station, and in the SIEMENS multi-storey parking lots (on Dammstrasse), Grafenau and Neustadtplatz and Metalli.
Limited parking spaces are available in the Stierenstallungen at a price of CHF 8, provided no other events are taking place on the site.
Parking spaces for people with walking disabilities are located on Allmendstrasse, at the Stierenstallungen and at the football stadium, as well as in the "Arena" parking garage.
Park & Ride Shuttle
In cooperation with Zugerland Verkehrsbetriebe AG and the Tech Cluster Zug, EVZ is launching a Park & Ride shuttle service for all National League games starting from the 2025/26 season.
Parking:
Visitors can park their cars at the Mobility Hub for CHF 10 for 6 hours. The price includes the shuttle service before and after the game.
You can pay the fee online using the QR code on your ticket, so you don’t have to queue at the ticket office after the game.
To the stadium:
The Grienbach bus stop is just a two-minute walk from the Mobility Hub. From there, bus line 604 takes our fans directly to the stadium every 15 minutes.
The following direct services run before the start of the game:
Departures: 6:28 p.m., 6:43 p.m., 6:58 p.m., and 7:14 p.m.
Route: Grienbach – Metalli Zug – Bundesplatz – Stadium (stops at all regular stops)
After the game:
After the game, a Park & Ride shuttle will run every 20 minutes for 90 minutes from the bus station in front of the stadium back to the Mobility Hub. It will serve the stops Gartenstadt (for the parking garages on the Siemens site) and the Mobility Hub parking garage. The Park & Ride shuttle will take up the rearmost position in front of the stadium in the direction of Herti.
