The OYM COLLEGE (OYMC) is the training concept of the future, which is consistently geared towards the needs of young people and competitive sport. Young athletes are offered individual support in a state-of-the-art educational environment in order to combine top-class sport and training.

The "On Your Marks" (OYM) competence center for elite athletics and research provides young athletes with state-of-the-art infrastructure, scientifically sound training principles and much more. What makes OYM unique is the close integration and interaction of the four core competencies OYM Athletic Training, OYM Athlete Health Management, OYM Nutrition and OYM Research & Development.

The Hockey Academy Foundation gives girls and boys access to the sport of ice hockey and supports talent development in Central Switzerland. The foundation supports the athletes with funding and thus guarantees a purely sporting selection of ice hockey talent.

The Beisheim Foundation is committed to ensuring that everyone can develop their potential and play an active role in the community. To achieve this, it promotes and develops projects in the areas of education, health, culture and sport. The Beisheim Foundation has supported the training concept "The Hockey Academy" for the holistic promotion of young ice hockey talents from the very beginning.
