The Leventines and the Zug team have each won one of their two encounters so far: Zug won the first match of the season 8-1 away, and at the end of October, head coach Daniela Diaz’s team once again failed to score in Biasca, losing 3-5. Now Ambrì is visiting the OYM hall for the first time this season.
On Thursday evening, HC Ambrì-Piotta will be playing away at EVZ. It will be a clash between first and second place.
With 14 wins from 16 games, EVZ is still clearly at the top of the table – only the women of HC Ambrì-Piotta can keep up with Zug to some extent, with 38 points from 17 games, and currently have the best chance of securing a direct ticket to the playoff semifinals.
All students get free admission to the game on Thursday evening upon presentation of their student ID – have fun!
