The EVZ on the road to the future

EVZ is facing an exciting future: from the expansion of our arena to numerous other developments, our organization is in a phase of change. In the midst of this change, now is the ideal time to rethink our brand and evolve the visual identity of our beloved club.

As with many other clubs, the heart of our brand – our logo – has changed over the years. But we have realized that our current look – especially in the digital realm – has reached its design limits and no longer offers the necessary flexibility.

It’s time to take the next step. Our logo remains deeply connected to our origins, while at the same time paving the way for a new era. Our goal is to create an image that reflects both our tradition and our progress – strong, clear and contemporary.

The rebranding of the EVZ is far more than just a visual change – it is an emotional, strategic and cultural journey. We want to make the true spirit of our club visible: preserve our identity, honor our heritage and at the same time create a modern, powerful design that convinces on all platforms.

Our history, our values – and of course our colors blue and white – are always at the heart of everything we do. They are deeply rooted in our DNA and form the foundation for everything we do.

In the coming weeks and months, an internal working group will be working intensively with an external agency on the further development of the EVZ brand and logo. Dialogue with our environment is particularly important to us: the voices of our fans, employees, patrons, sponsors and partners – in other words, all of our key stakeholder groups – will be actively involved in the process and listened to in a targeted manner.

We look forward to presenting EVZ’s new look to you at the beginning of 2026. The transition to the new brand will take place gradually from this point onwards – with a particular focus on the sustainable and resource-conserving use of existing materials and equipment.

Our men’s and women’s teams will start the championship in the 2026/27 season with the new logo on their chest – ready for a new era in blue and white.
