The EVZ will play its 8th season on the European stage starting in September.
Since 2014/15, the Zug team has played in the Champions Hockey League every year and has traveled far and wide: The team has already traveled to Finland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Belarus or Austria. Which three opponents are waiting for the EVZ in the group stage of the 2022/23 season, we will find out at the CHL Group Stage Draw on May 25.
EVZ will start the CHL season on the weekend of September 1-4 with Game Days 1 and 2, the following weekend Game Days 3 and 4 will take place from Thursday to Sunday. The group phase will be concluded in October with the last two game days. If the EVZ finishes its group among the top 2, the Zug team will start the playoffs in mid-November.
