The EVZ is strengthening its defense with Czech defenseman David Sklenička. The 28-year-old is transferring to the EVZ for the 2025/26 season and has signed a one-year contract.
Sklenička brings valuable international experience with him, both from the Czech Extraliga and from his appearances in the National League, the KHL, and at the international level. He was most recently under contract with Lausanne HC, where he played 69 games last season. He scored three goals and contributed 30 assists.
