After Saturday’s 5-0 win against the Sabres St. Pölten, the EVZ also impressed on Sunday afternoon against Budapest, winning 5-3. This puts the Zug team in the final tournament of the EWHL Euro Cup, which will take place on October 19 and 20 in Zug at the BOSSARD Arena. Further information on the final in Zug will be announced shortly.
Head coach Daniela Diaz’s team continue their season opener in the PostFinance Women’s League next Friday, September 20. The newly promoted SWHL B team will host last year’s play-off finalists from Bern and will be looking for revenge after narrowly losing the Cup final. Tickets for the game are available here.
