After carelessly conceding four goals in the last five minutes of the game against the ZSC Lions women on January 30, the Zug team is in second place in the table with one game less than the leaders from Bern and four points behind. They are three points clear of third place, which would mean a place in the play-offs. The HCD Ladies, who will visit the BOSSARD Arena next Saturday, are currently in third place.
First up for the EVZ, however, is the game against the SC Langenthal Ladies on Tuesday evening. It is the first of two remaining duels; on February 23, Daniela Diaz’s team will conclude its qualifying campaign away in Langenthal. In addition to the two games against the Oberaargau team and the Grisons team, the EVZ will also face HC Fribourg-Gottéron away from home on February 22. In the championship, they have lost twice against the French-speaking Swiss team so far, but in January the EVZ narrowly won the home game 2:1 and in the National Cup, the Zug team turned around the final game against Gottéron and lifted the trophy.
The home game on February 11 is a make-up game for the canceled match on November 24 – tickets already purchased at that time remain valid.
The EVZ will host the team at the bottom of the table on Tuesday evening (February 11, 7:30 p.m.).
EIS DISCO ON SATURDAY
After the home game next Saturday, February 15, an ICE Disco will take place for the first time in the BOSSARD Arena!
