Jael Manetsch injured her foot during Sunday’s game against Neuchâtel Hockey Academy on October 12. Further examinations at Zug Cantonal Hospital have revealed that the 18-year-old will be forced to take a break for several weeks. The exact length of her absence can only be determined at a later date.
EVZ forward Jael Manetsch has suffered a foot injury. She will be out of action for an extended period.
This means that Manetsch will also miss the Lidl Hockey Games with the Swiss national team from November 5 to 8 in Ängelholm (SWE), for which she was called up this week by national coach Colin Muller.
The EVZ Women’s Team will play two away games this weekend. On Saturday, October 18, the Zug women will be guests in Fribourg, and on Sunday, October 19, they will face the reigning Swiss champions SC Bern.
