Noemi Neubauerová moves to the PWHL

EVZ player Noemi Neubauerová (26) is continuing her career in North America. Her contract with EVZ was cancelled at the end of March.

23 goals and 18 assists in the PostFinance Women’s League, a championship title and a triumph in the National Cup – Noemi Neubauerová can look back on an extraordinarily strong 2025-26 season in an EVZ dress. She also took part in the Olympic Games with the Czech Republic in February.

These achievements have not gone unnoticed. Neubauerová is moving to the PWHL in North America, the best league in the world. There, the Czech has signed a new contract with the Boston Fleets.

“I’ll never forget the 2025/26 season at EVZ. I’ve made memories and friendships here that will last a lifetime.”

She continued: ” Our team spirit and work ethic not only led us to a successful season, but also to making history. I would like to thank my team-mates, coaches, staff, fans and the club for this unforgettable experience. Now I’m looking forward to a new challenge in the PWHL!”

For the 26-year-old, the move to Boston is also a return. The versatile player already spent the majority of the 2024-25 season with the Toronto Sceptres before moving to Zug.

EVZ Head Coach Daniela Diaz is also happy for Neubauerová: “It makes us proud that another player from the EVZ Women’s Team has made the leap to the PWHL. Noemi played a big part in our double win and she has more than earned this next step in her career.”
