If you’re unable to attend a match, don’t leave your seat empty: share your ticket with someone, sell it on the secondary market, or donate it to the EVZ. That way, we can all help to reduce the no-show rate. If you donate your ticket to the EVZ, a donation will also go towards supporting our youth teams.

Get ready for the match in 3 steps
Download or update the EVZ app
Make sure you have the latest version of the EVZ app installed on your smartphone.
Log in or register with My EVZ Login
Log in using your My EVZ Login. Please use the email address to which your season ticket invoice was sent. If you are unable to log in, please register using this email address at www.evz.ch/my-evz.
Check your season ticket
Check whether your season ticket is displayed in the app. The ticket for your next home match will always appear on the home screen. You can find all matches in the ticket management section. Please note that a season ticket stored in your Wallet is automatically updated for the next home match. Tickets can only be managed via your ‘My EVZ’ login in the EVZ app or in a web browser.
ARE YOU SHARING YOUR SEASON TICKET?
Season tickets are assigned directly to the purchaser. If your season ticket is to be used by someone else, you must first transfer it to them.
Please do this as early as possible to ensure everything runs smoothly on match day.
CAN’T ATTEND A MATCH?
No problem! There are various ways you can make your seat available to other EVZ fans.
Forward your ticket
Transfer your ticket directly to friends or family via the EVZ app.
Sell a ticket on the secondary market (formerly the marketplace)
Offer a seat ticket for resale. If the ticket is successfully sold, you will receive a credit to your registered payment method (IBAN). The difference from the resale goes to the EVZ Youth Programme. You can withdraw the ticket as long as it has not been sold.
NEW: Release a ticket
Release your ticket for resale and support the EVZ youth teams. You are deliberately waiving your right to a credit note. The proceeds from this sale go directly to the youth teams. Once you have confirmed this, the release cannot be reversed.
