The third part of the EVZ documentary series focuses on two topics: On the one hand, there is EVZ Gastro AG. In addition to the catering in the BOSSARD Arena with the 67 Sixtyseven Sportsbar and the catering at the EVZ home games, it also runs the Pier 41 restaurant at Zug station, the Fondue Chalet Zug on the Arenaplatz and the Kolins Kitchen market stall in the Freiruum in Zug. On the other hand, Episode 3 is also about the EVZ's path to the semi-finals of the Champions Hockey League.
