Season Tickets

The 2024/25 season ticket sale is closed. Current season ticket holders are expected to be contacted early in May 2025 for the renewal of the 2025/26 season ticket via the registered e-mail address.

Please note that any online credit (e.g. from the resale of match tickets from previous seasons) can only be credited when paying online via your customer account in the EVZ Ticketshop.

Support the women's team in the coming season and also purchase the women's season ticket at the special price of CHF 70 instead of CHF 140. Included are all 14 home games of the regular season and any additional playoff games as well as all home games in the National Cup. Log in to your customer account in the EVZ Ticketshop (tickets.evz.ch/account). On the start page of your account you will find this personal offer, which you can purchase separately. The offer is valid until the start of the season.

If you would like to waive the renewal of your season ticket, please let us know in writing in good time by sending an email to ticketing@evz.ch. If you have an online credit balance from resales from previous seasons, you can request a payout of the credit balance by providing your bank details (IBAN number and name/address of the account holder).

If you wish to transfer your season ticket to another person, please inform us of your intention in advance by e-mail (ticketing@evz.ch) and at the same time provide us with the details of the new season ticket holder (surname, first name, address and e-mail address). The new customer should create a “My EVZ” login at www.evz.ch/my-evz/ in advance and register in the EVZ Tickets App (www.evz.ch/ticketsapp) at the same time. This ensures the correct delivery of the tickets directly to the smartphone via the EVZ Tickets App.

To ensure that you, as the purchaser or owner of an EVZ season ticket, can also manage it digitally without any problems, we ask you to complete the two registrations (“My EVZ” login and “EVZ Tickets App”) in advance according to the following instructions - unless you have already done so in the past.

Register in the EVZ Tickets App using the same email address as your My EVZ login or your ticket purchase. This allows you to securely and easily transfer your season tickets and/or individual tickets digitally, assign them to another person, or resell them on the EVZ Ticketshop - anytime and anywhere on a mobile device. In the EVZ Ticketshop, you can view your season tickets and purchased tickets, as well as the option to sell your season tickets for individual games with corresponding credit (see further point 'Resale'). You can also take advantage of special offers and update your profile data.

If you are unable to attend a home game or are looking for a single ticket, as a seat season ticket holder, you can resell your seat for individual games through the EVZ Tickets App or your user account in the EVZ Ticketshop (section 'Resell Tickets').

Resale in detail:

Users of the EVZ Tickets App can offer seat tickets directly via the app on the EVZ Ticketshop. Open the desired ticket in the app and tap on the "Resale in the ticket store" button or via the "3 dots" at the bottom right of the screen. All information about the app can be found here.

Alternatively, season ticket holders can log in to My EVZ Login with their personal access data. The tickets to be sold appear via the menu item "Ticketshop - My account" and then "Resell tickets". The selected ticket can be released for resale via the "Release for sale" button. From this point on, the seat can be booked in the EVZ Ticketshop.

In the event of a successful resale, the buyer of a season ticket will be credited with their share of the selling price per game. After a successful resale, the season ticket or digital ticket will be deactivated for entry to the respective game at the OYM hall.

In your My EVZ login, you can enter and change your personal profile data such as personal details, address, communication data and season ticket information.
