The Young Bulls hockey school forms the foundation of the entire training pyramid. It guides both girls and boys through the introductory stage into youth sports, from there into competitive sports, and eventually into professional sports. «For the training pyramid to function, we need to have a broad foundation at the base. The larger the input at the bottom, the greater the output at the top!» emphasizes Sports Director Reto Kläy regularly when discussing the importance of educational work with the youngest players.
